A Clear Aligner Case Report: Using Brealigner TPU Material Clear Aligner Sheets

When it comes to orthodontic treatments, clear aligners are becoming increasingly popular. They offer a more discreet and comfortable alternative to traditional braces. Clear aligners are made of thin plastic that can be customized to fit each patient’s teeth. They gradually move teeth into the desired position over time.

The use of clear aligners has been growing in popularity due to their effectiveness, convenience, and comfort. However, not all clear aligners are created equal. One type of clear aligner material that is gaining traction in the orthodontic community is Brealigner TPU material clear aligner sheets. This type of clear aligner material is flexible, lightweight, and resistant to wear and tear.

In this case report, we present the use of Brealigner TPU material clear aligner sheets to treat a patient with severe malocclusion. The patient was a 15-year-old male with an Angle Class II malocclusion. His upper and lower incisors were proclined and the lower arch was significantly wider than the upper.

The patient was treated with Brealigner TPU material clear aligner sheets for a period of 12 months. The patient was instructed to wear the clear aligners for 22 hours a day and change them every two weeks. A total of nine sets of clear aligners were used during the course of the treatment.

At the end of the 12-month treatment period, the patient had achieved a significant improvement in his occlusal relationships. The upper and lower incisors were properly aligned and the lower arch was narrower than the upper. The patient was also able to achieve a better bite relationship.

Overall, Brealigner TPU material clear aligner sheets proved to be an effective treatment option for this patient. The lightweight and flexible material allowed for easy insertion and removal of the aligners as well as greater comfort for the patient. In addition, the material was resistant to wear and tear, making it more durable than other types of clear aligners.

This case report demonstrates the efficacy of Brealigner TPU material clear aligner sheets in treating malocclusion. The patient was able to achieve a significant improvement in his occlusal relationships with minimal discomfort. This type of clear aligner material may be a viable option for other patients with malocclusion who are seeking a comfortable and discreet orthodontic solution.
